Late payments may delay project timelines or result in the temporary suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Refund Policy

All payments made to Ascend Digital Marketing LLC are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Because our services involve professional time, strategy, creative work, advertising management, and consulting, completed work cannot be returned.

6. Month-to-Month Services

Marketing services operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated in writing.

Either party may cancel ongoing services by providing 30 days' written notice.

​

Any outstanding invoices remain due upon cancellation.

7. Website Ownership

All website designs, graphics, code, written content, and related project files remain the property of Ascend Digital Marketing LLC until all invoices have been paid in full.

Once payment has been received in full, ownership of the completed website and agreed-upon deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in writing.

Third-party software, plugins, fonts, themes, or licensed assets remain subject to their respective license agreements.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Supply requested content, logos, images, and branding materials.

  • Review deliverables in a timely manner.

  • Obtain rights to any materials they provide.

  • Respond to requests necessary to complete the project.

Project timelines may be extended if required information is delayed.
